We are pleased to announce the founding of the Never Post Olympiad...

... a competitive competitor's competition to see who can win GOLD š„(and SILVER š„ and BRONZE š„) with the most actual, real-life internet points š«µ.
Contestants will contest one another in daring feats š of internet savvy, solving puzzles š§©, and making bad art šØ better than the others, all while under deeply insulting time constraints ā³ and the watchful gaze š«£ of Honorable Judges (Never Post production crew).

2026 Never Post Olympiad
When: Monday, February 2 at 11:30am ET
Where: twitch.tv/theneverpost
What: Contestants will be given a series of instructions and a limited time window to accomplish the tasks.
This will include things like searching the internet, doing amateur image, video, and audio editing, playing games, and other similar quests.
At the end of each round, the three Never Post judges will evaluate each contestant and give everyone points based on their performance.
The contestant with the most points at the end of the Olympiad will be declared the Gold Medalist.
How to Qualify for the 2026 Olympiad
Do you want to compete? First, you have to qualify!
Three (3) audience members will be selected by the Never Post team to compete in the 2026 Never Post Olympiad.
To enter the trials, you must submit the following before Wednesday, January 28th at 11:59pm ET:
- Things You Made: please send us a link to 1) the oldest and 2) the most recent thing you made that are posted online. Please include a description explaining anything you feel is important to know about either.
- Video: please make one (1), 15s max vertical video with music and captions where you appear speaking on camera, telling us about your favorite kitchen implement. You may submit a link to a publicly uploaded video, or you may submit the video file itself.
- Your Online Haunts: please tell us a bit ( < 300 words) about where you hangout online, and what you post.
To be eligible to compete, you must be:
- over age 18
- available from 11am to 1pm ET on Monday, February 2, 2026
- Willing to be recorded and streamed with video and audio.
Submission does not guarantee selection. Submissions will be judged capriciously by the Never Post production team, and selected contestants informed by email no later than 5pm ET on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
Contestants will not be playing for, and winners will not be rewarded with prizes of any monetary value. We play only for love of sport (and the internet).
By submitting, you give Never Post permission to reproduce your voice, likeness and any other materials submitted as related directly to the Never Post Olympiad.
